Shipping policy


Order Processing and Tracking 

  • Order Processing: Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • Tracking Info: Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You’ll be able to follow your shipment via USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout.

Delivered Packages 

Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, the order is considered complete. If you’re unable to locate it—even if tracking shows delivered—please contact your local post office or UPS for assistance. Lodestar Grooming is not liable for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

Returned and Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or other delivery issues, we’ll invoice you for the re-shipping cost. If an updated address isn’t provided or the invoice isn’t paid, we’ll process a refund minus the original shipping fee.

Package Protection

We offer optional shipping protection for a small fee at checkout which includes:

  • Coverage against loss, theft, or damage in transit
  • Instant resolution of shipping issues with just a few clicks
  • Item refund or replacement, pending availability

By opting out of/declining Shipping Protection you agree that Lodestar Grooming is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

International Buyers

International shipments can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to be delivered depending on the shipping carrier selected. Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed. 

*Please Note: Our shipping fee does not include customs clearance fees. Any applicable fees/taxes charged by your local customs agency are your sole responsibility.

We offer Economy International Shipping to 53 countries. 

  • Fully tracked from our door to yours
  • Lower-cost than other international methods (up to 50% savings)
  • Typical delivery: 1–4 weeks (may take longer)
  • Available for packages up to 4 lbs (1.8 kg)
