Shipping policy

Order Processing and Tracking 

• Order Processing: Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.
• Tracking Info: Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You’ll be able to follow your shipment via USPS or UPS, depending on your selection at checkout.

Delivered Packages 

Once a carrier marks a package as “Delivered”, the order is considered complete. If you’re unable to locate it—even if tracking shows delivered—please contact your local post office or UPS for assistance. Lodestar Grooming is not liable for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

Returned and Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or other delivery issues, we’ll invoice you for the re-shipping cost. If an updated address isn’t provided or the invoice isn’t paid, we’ll process a refund minus the original shipping fee.

Package Protection

We offer optional shipping protection for a small fee at checkout which includes:

International shipments typically arrive within 2–12 weeks, depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Please Note: Shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by your destination country. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with their country’s import regulations. If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned by customs or the destination postal service, any refund will be issued only after the merchandise has been returned to us, less the original shipping charges and any return shipping, customs, or carrier fees incurred.
