Subscription Policy

Our Subscribe & Save program is designed to make it easy to keep your favorite Lodestar products on hand while saving on every recurring order.

Subscription Benefits

When you subscribe, you will receive:

• 10% off every recurring subscription order
• Automatic deliveries at your selected frequency
• The ability to skip, reschedule, or update upcoming deliveries through your customer account

There are no fees for maintaining a subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account.

From your subscription portal, you may:

• Skip an upcoming order
• Reschedule your next delivery
• Change your delivery frequency
• Update your shipping address
• Update your payment method
• Add, remove, or change subscription products when available

Changes must be made before your next scheduled renewal to apply to that order. Once a subscription order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled after two fulfilled subscription orders, including the initial subscription order.

Before becoming eligible for cancellation, you may still skip or reschedule deliveries and adjust your delivery frequency through your customer account.

Subscriptions are intended for ongoing recurring purchases and may not be used solely to obtain a discount on a one-time order. Lodestar Grooming reserves the right to cancel an order, discontinue a subscription, or refuse a subscription discount when we determine that the program is being misused. This may include repeatedly creating and immediately canceling new subscriptions before any recurring order is fulfilled.

Automatic Renewals and Billing

Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected when the subscription was created.

Your payment method will be charged automatically when each subscription order is processed. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Lodestar Grooming and its subscription service provider to charge your selected payment method for recurring orders until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this policy.

If a payment cannot be processed, your subscription order may be delayed or canceled. You may be asked to update your payment information before the order can be processed.

Subscription Pricing

The 10% subscription discount applies to eligible recurring subscription orders while the subscription remains active.

If the regular price of a product changes, future subscription orders may reflect the current product price, less the applicable subscription discount.

Promotional discounts, discount codes, rewards, and other offers may not be combined with the subscription discount unless otherwise stated.

Product Availability

Subscription products remain subject to availability. If a product or selected variant becomes unavailable, discontinued, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled, we may delay the order, contact you regarding available alternatives, or remove the affected item from your subscription.

Shipping

Applicable shipping charges are calculated based on the contents and value of each subscription order and the shipping options available at the time the order is processed.

Free-shipping thresholds and shipping rates are subject to change. Subscription orders must meet the current free-shipping threshold independently unless otherwise stated.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or fulfilled.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to future subscription renewals and will be posted on this page.
