Needed a strong hold and this delivers. It actually feels quite light in the hair which is nice. It’s not the easiest application because it gets tacky quickly but it’s not so bad that it’s an issue. Smell is great and not overpowering. Lasted all day for me. 10/10 product

I really love this product! The scent is fantastic, so good that I’ll most likely purchase the cologne as well. You get small whiffs of it if you are one that likes to play with your hair throughout the day, but it’s not so strong that you’re constantly smelling it. I have fine thick curly hair and tend to always battle a small amount of frizz. This product has great hold when used as both a pre and post styler. Haven’t tried it yet as just a post styler. Doesn’t dry my hair out or make it look frizzy, actually helps to tame the frizz and shape my curls. If I’m styling with a brush it allows me great hold with that too. Overall a fantastic product that I will definitely purchase another jar of!

This product holds so well! It has a light scent and is finally what I have been looking for.

I believe Canyon was the first product I purchased from Lodestar 5 years ago, and today it remains one of my favorites. Canyon is drier, tackier, and higher holding than the other matte options in the lineup. It offers a true matte finish rather than a natural shine. It produces great volume. The hold lasts all day. Oro reminds me of the OG scent from years ago, which I quite enjoy.

I have been a customer and fan of Lodestar for several years. I have used much of the product lineup, from Pioneer and Canyon to the more recent releases. I have been extremely pleased with every product I have tried. The one "hole" in the lineup for me over the years has been a good pre-styler. Generally, styling products don't work well in my hair as a pre-stylers, and salt sprays are just too drying over time. Enter Aero. Aero provides just the right amount of hold for a pre-styler without being tacky, greasy or heavy. It truly gives weightless volume when used with a dryer. It makes my dry hair much softer and tames the frizz. It even works well as a leave in conditioner/curl cream if applied to damp hair. A very small amount is needed. After almost 3 months I am still on my first bottle with almost daily use. It is so good I have already purchased 2 more bottles. I am also so appreciative that an unscented option is offered. Many of the fragranced pre-styler options out there cause a lot of skin irritation for me. An unscented pre-styler is the way to go. This is yet another outstanding product from Lodestar.

I got this sea salt spray in addition to the texturizing cream. I was able to use it once or twice and have love the smell and the hold for being so lightweight. However after having it just a week the bottle no longer allows the spray to come out of the bottle. It's essentially just liquid I can't use now unless I put it onto my hands directly and work it in. I'll have to buy another spray bottle and pour it into a different container but this is not ideal. Would have been 5 stars otherwise.

EDIT (9/22): Updating my review to 5 starts as the customer service team reached out to me to make it right with a new sprayer. Hopefully that works without issue and I'm able to use my product! Highly recommend ordering from lodestar, both for their products and their customer service!

This works well to hydrate the hair and give it a nice shine. My hair was dry and this has helped quite a bit.

I don’t often write reviews, but for those of us with fine hair that struggle to find a great product, look no further. High hold products weigh my hair down, while light hold products leave my fair flat. This product is somehow the perfect balance and is even reworkable through out the day. I highly recommend.

My hair just needed a light hold to keep it in place and this works perfectly and provides a natural shine. Clarity smells clean and doesn't project. So it won't interfere with cologne. I've been using this everyday and will definitely re-order

An easy, creamy scoop. Applies to towel-dried hair without any hint of tug. Styled into a clean side-part. I went with the Intrepid scent, which to my nose has a rich, cologne-like scent, that sticks around but isn't overpowering. The finish allows for easy restyling. I've seen this pomade described as water-based, which may lead some to assume it's like a gel, but I'd say it leans more toward a UWB. I like it, and could see it being a regular in the rotation. Then again, I like all of the products in the Lodestar lineup.

Gave this product a try after seeing some good reviews online, and not a lot of luck w grocery store products. I’m told I have finer hair (@ 3/4” to 1” in length) w a bit of receding at the temples but nothing too bad.

I use this product out of the shower w towel dried hair, and just a slight bit rubbed on my hands and worked through before blow drying. Makes my hair extremely easy to style, especially when it’s getting longer and needing to get a cut. Very happy w how it performs and seems to really add thickness/fullness.

Hoping to help someone deciding between options because there are quite a few. Sea salt spray works well too for even lighter hold.

Great for moisturizing dry hair without making it too oily.

As a bedside nurse, I needed a product that was going to keep my hair in style and not floppy as I worked through my long shift. This product is excellent, and even holds well into the next day if necessary. I like the subtle smell, and it spreads easily and quickly. Compared to my last product, it has cut my hair dryer time in half and I haven't had any issues getting my hair into shape. I'd definitely buy this product again!

The amount of texture this products gives me is unmatched. If you are on the fence, buy it! Trust me, you will be amazed
